This woody fragrance is inspired by the ancient Indian ritual requiring sixteen stages of adorning a woman with perfumes and precious jewels to celebrate femininity.
Once decorated the woman is described as a perfect goddess seen in temple carvings in India. The enchanting Oud from the South of India used in this fragrance recreates the olfactive sensation of the precious temples in India.
Wondering if they changed the formula. This bottle doesn't smell anything like the Carved Oud I purchased at the end of 2023. The top note of Oud is brief and then fragrance changes to a not so pleasant baby powder smell.
